Free Early Learning

As a Charity, we are committed to enabling all children in our local community to access their entitlement to free nursery education. This means that we will NOT:

  • charge any fees for your child to join the waiting list
  • ask for a deposit to secure your child’s place
  • charge you top-up fees to access for child’s free place

In order to support parents, we also try and be as flexible as possible, so just give us a call and let us know your childcare needs.

If your childcare is not entitled to any free hours or you need more than your free entitlement, please see the table below for the fees. Invoices are payable weekly or monthly in advance.

Please note: Fees are still payable should your child be absent due to sickness or any other reason.

If you have a child aged 2, 3 or 4 years old, you may be entitled to a free childcare place at The Play Cabin.

The Free Early Education Entitlement is a central government scheme funded through local authorities. The scheme provides up to 15 or 30 hours per week of free childcare for children aged 2, 3 or 4 years old (subject to eligibility criteria) until they reach compulsory school age.
